Donow smith machine comes with bench 2 -45lbs 2-35lbs 2-25lbs 2-10lbs 2-5lbs and 2-2.5 lbs weights. Olympic bar, triceps rope, 2 single hand strap, ankle strap. Needs to be disassemble located on second floor of home.no delivery. Comes with instruction manual. Willing to negotiate on price. Or obo. Only had the equipment for 15 months no damage.
